What I ended up doing was recording the colors used on cards I was really attracted to. Then I added up each time I saw the color used and took the most-used colors and made a list from them. The problem? A heavy emphasis on earth colors, reds and yellows.

Any suggestions for adding a little balance to this group, or do you think it would work, as is?
I will look at my chart and let you know what I ordered first off and what I wish I had ordered LOL! I bought mine at Carpe Diem for 3.75 each but I think they are now 3.95. I ordered heavy in the browns too.
ReplyDeleteGet the COLORLESS BLENDER to help "push" color back inside the lines if you bleed through and the multiliner pens in different sizes are a plus to help "fix" any lines that may not have stamped well.
ReplyDeleteI bought the set of 000s and 0000s for every color group. Helpful when you want to lay a base color down first. Also helps with the blending.
Love your PI card! Copics in your hands will be a delight! The main thing is, you have FUN!
Wow, Sue! I wish they had been your price! I could've gotten more!
ReplyDeleteYes'm, Miss Donna. Got the colorless blender, too! That was a given, but I didn't list it. You all have made it clear how important that one is. Thanks for all your advice, Miss D! You are invaluable in so many ways!
